Located on the North coast of Zakynthos is the region of Skinari which consists of many villages.

The luxurious villa Poseidon is located on the mountainside in Mega aloni between the villages of Volimes and Makris Gialos and has panoramic breathtaking views over the coast and crystal clear Ionian Sea.

The traditional market town of Volimes is 1km away and is famous for its local produce such as handmade rugs and lace, cheese, honey and wine. One kilometre in the other direction takes you to the village of Makris Gialos famous for its beautiful golden sandy beach.

Poseidon villa is also close to St Nikolas port where you can take a tour to the famous Blue Caves and Shipwreck cove or a day trip to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia.

Close to Villa Poseidon is the port of St Nikolas where you can take a boat tour around the island or visit the blue caves and the famous shipwreck cove.

From the port you can also take a daily ferryboat to the island of Kefalonia.

The Pelagoni Sailing club offers many activities for those interested in watersports.Take a stroll in the surrounding countryside where you will find traditional Greek tavernas offering local dishes and wine for you to experience.
