The three storey villa is 170sqm and is suitable for six persons but can comfortably accommodate up to eight with extra beds. The entrance is on the first floor which leads to a spacious living area with attractive open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge and all necessary utensils. The large covered balcony has a full sized dining table and chairs.

The wooden staircase leads you to the ground floor hall way which also gives access to the outside garden and pool. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first has a double bed and luxury bathroom with corner bath, the second contains two single beds and has ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have generous verandas with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. 

The ground floor has a furnished alcove where you can relax in the shade away from the midday sun. From the first floor the wooden staircase leads to the second floor containing a third double bedroom, ensuite shower room and large balcony with views over the clear Ionian Sea.

The Villa is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. All furnishings are in keeping with the traditional style.

The two storey guesthouse is 60sqm and suitable for four persons. The ground floor consists of bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen dining area, luxury bathroom with corner bath and spacious verandas. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a second double bedroom with ensuite shower room and generous balcony offering panoramic views.

The villa and the guesthouse are fully equipped and include all linen, face, hand and bath towels in all bathrooms plus luxurious natural toiletry set and slippers for added comfort. The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and has a depth of 1.80m.

The pool bar offers breakfast, snacks and refreshments while you relax under the umbrellas on one of our comfortable sunloungers. Pool towels and outdoor showers are provided for your comfort.  

Our housekeepers live outside the complex and are on hand to offer their assistance with anything you may need during your stay including arranging car rental, excursions, shopping, cooking, picnics and babysitting.

They can also arrange for a meal to be prepared for your arrival, as well as a stocked fridge with essentials. This service is offered at your complete discretion.
